Great Customer Service!!!! We have been getting our checks from Extra Value Checks for a few years now and never had an issue. Recently, we had an issue with a check order that was ultimately returned back to Extra Value Checks as the post office said it was undeliverable. We have used the same PO Box address for years with no issues. Contacted customer service and the representative immediately put in a rush order for a new batch of checks to be sent overnight by UPS to a different address (as we were down to our last few checks). This was all done without any extra cost to us and the company delivered on their promise. We received our checks within 48 hours. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My order was sent to the wrong address. I have to wait 3 days until they may replace them and a additional 6days on top of how long I've already waited to not get anything I paid for. I ordered these checks on April 6th 2024. I also paid to get it 2 days earlier with tracking. When the tracking information was finally aware when the checks will arrive. Estimated by today April 13th, 2024. Now the tracking number says it was delivered on my porch yesterday at 12:25 pm eastern time. But to no avail, the checks did not get delivered to my address. The problem is my company routing and account number is on those checks. Now I won't be able to speak to customer service or request verbally for a replacement until Monday, that is at least 2 days for things to go completely wrong. If this issue is not remedied, then I cannot honestly recommend this place to anyone.

took too long for delivery It took much too long for delivery & the cost of tracking the checks as to the length of time it took from their original location then staying too long at each location it was sent to before I got them. Going back to the place I have used before as it only took 7 to 10 days. But will say I loved the checks themselves.

Very satisfied overall! My order came well before the time-line given. All the information on the checks was correct. The person who took the order was friendly and pleasant.
