It’s 5pm and I need 750 stickers for next day At just around 5pm I needed some stickers for next day and an assistant assured me my order will be pushed to production as soon as I placed it and referenced the order number. I received 3 emails the next day at 11am to notify my order is being printed, 3:30pm that my order is being cut and trimmed and at 5pm that my order was ready to be picked up. Excellent!

Scam Scam or not ? I have received a notice from Royal Mail advising insufficient postage of 1.99 on my delivery. I have never ordered anything from this company ! It’s a scam. Date of experience: August 12, 2023

Turnaround time is INACCURATE I decided to order from Gold Image because of their awesome prices and their guaranteed 4 day turnaround. Well, the low price definitely reflects the service and quality of the product. I ordered on the 3rd and got an email 7 days later (on the 10th) stating my order was now printing. Finally after calling, I received an email on the 14th that it was being shipped. Once received, I've found multiple misprints. I'm so disappointed.

The ordering system is perfect, everything is easy, and their customer service team even went above and beyond for me to find an old file I wanted to use again. Fast service, excellent customer service!+ We've used several printers over the last few months and none have delivered the way Gold Image has. Their online process is easy to use, great templates and fantastic customer service. Their turnaround is second to none, we have not used another printer since we started with them!
