The representative Ching not only sent a replacement but sent a professional assembler to assemble the new chair and make sure it works fine. He also disassemble the old chair and packed it up which was picked up by FedEx next day. On top of it, they also gave me a rebate as a goodwill gesture. And the chair itself is awesome, a great addition to my study in progress.

After sifting through varied online reviews, I opted to order twelve items, including sofas, chairs, and desks from Eureka. Upon ordering, I was very pleased with the quick, professional response from their support team. They efficiently handled the delivery logistics, clarifying important points such as a loading dock and the manpower required for unloading. They also explained what was necessary for assembling the Ark desk, which needs at least two people due to its size and weight. In the end, I decided to choose to have Eureka pre-assemble the desk which significantly streamlined the setup process. This made the entire purchase and delivery so much easier! The delivery arrived via a dedicated box truck and was executed flawlessly. All my beautiful items arrived in pristine condition. In conclusion, Eureka surpassed my expectations. We are enjoying sleek, contemporary, quality furniture that is perfect and gorgeous in my office.

Manufacturer defect, refused to help. I brought their 42 inch desk and when assembling it, we noticed that that there were no screw holes for both sides drilled into the supports of the desk which are to attach the left leg to the desk. I contacted their support and they beat around the bush, asking for pictures of all sizes, including pictures of the instruction manual (which I had already provided in the initial email) before brushing me off. I managed to get it together, but because of the lack of screws on the left leg, the desk is lacking the proper support. It's a nice desk, well put together, manufactured and the RGB embedded in the glass is fantastic. The desk gets 5 stars. It's their customer service which gets 2. Edit: Customer service for back to me and sent a new desk free of charge.

The instructions were clear, with all items clearly labeled and easy to follow—just pay close attention to the picture details, and you'll be fine.
