GBThe company's customer service is absolutely horrible The company's customer service is terrible. My desk was held up with a "security issue" that their poorly written emails struggled to clarify. I have spent several days (because the agents' response time is long) dealing in an email back and forth, and they never seemed to be able to clearly explain what they needed. I'm not sure the agents speak English very well. I want the very unique desk that Eureka sells, but I will never risk trying to buy a product from this company again.

GBPoor shipment communication. I had received notice that my desk will be arriving on 8/29 via FedEx. The package arrived at my doorstep and upon opening it, I discovered it was only the desk legs and motor. NO DESKTOP!! I called customer service and they said they will provide a status in 24 hours. I received a communication the following day indicating that the desktop will be shipped by a different logistics company and they will provide a status. This company did not pick up the desk from Eureka until 8/31 and had to call me to schedule an appointment for delivery, and their first availability was not until 9/7. Eureka needs to do a better job communicating their shipments info to their customers! Also, if you have failed the customer in the initial shipment, you probably should prioritize the corrected shipment and not have them wait another week.

GBFabulous experience with the company Fabulous experience with the company. The initial chair sent had a click sound when pulled back from max reclined. The representative Ching not only sent a replacement but sent a professional assembler to assemble the new chair and make sure it works fine. He also disassemble the old chair and packed it up which was picked up by FedEx next day. On top of it, they also gave me a rebate as a goodwill gesture. And the chair itself is awesome, a great addition to my study in progress.
