GBAbout my experience The desk was delivered quickly, as scheduled, undamaged and with all pieces. Assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow and came with necessary tools and additional connectors, just in case. Desk works as expected, raising up or down smoothly and with little noise. The on-desk power sources for USB, Qi wireless and standard 120, are convenient though they do take up some of the limited desk area. The desktop area is not that deep and led to some rearranging of keyboard and notepad. I did not find it necessary to use the monitor shelf but it too would further encroach on the limited desktop space. The drawers are nice to help keep the desktop clear and add additional color and interest to the otherwise dark desktop.

GBNice and beautiful! This desk is precisely what I needed. It appears to be of excellent quality and has a really nice appearance. It was packaged well. The instructions were clear, with all items clearly labeled and easy to follow—just pay close attention to the picture details, and you'll be fine.

GBManufacturer defect, refused to help. I brought their 42 inch desk and when assembling it, we noticed that that there were no screw holes for both sides drilled into the supports of the desk which are to attach the left leg to the desk. I contacted their support and they beat around the bush, asking for pictures of all sizes, including pictures of the instruction manual (which I had already provided in the initial email) before brushing me off. I managed to get it together, but because of the lack of screws on the left leg, the desk is lacking the proper support. It's a nice desk, well put together, manufactured and the RGB embedded in the glass is fantastic. The desk gets 5 stars. It's their customer service which gets 2. Edit: Customer service for back to me and sent a new desk free of charge.
