GBThe company's customer service is absolutely horrible The company's customer service is terrible. My desk was held up with a "security issue" that their poorly written emails struggled to clarify. I have spent several days (because the agents' response time is long) dealing in an email back and forth, and they never seemed to be able to clearly explain what they needed. I'm not sure the agents speak English very well. I want the very unique desk that Eureka sells, but I will never risk trying to buy a product from this company again.

GBEureka Ergonomic's standing desk has… Eureka Ergonomic's standing desk has changed my work experience! The height adjustment function is smooth, allowing me to easily switch between sitting and standing as needed, effectively back pain caused by long hours of work.

GBAVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY - Horrible communication problems and unfulfilled promises. I have been trying to resolve an order that has gone wrong in every way for the past month. The poorly reboxed office chair I ordered arrived so smashed, due to lack of internal packing, that there were holes in it and parts had fallen out. Eureka tried to avoid responding to my many emails and calls, then said they'd issue a refund when I filed a complaint. But the refund has never shown up and once again, no response. I've never been so angry and frustrated with a seller and feel very used - promising a refund to get me off their back and close my complaint but never doing it. Despicable and dishonest business practices.

GBBEWARE!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered brown leather chairs and received bright orange chairs. And it’s not just me being picky. The chairs match an orange shop vac, and five people who saw them thought I intentionally ordered orange. Even the customer service agent I spoke with saw the picture and agreed they are orange. They aren’t even close to brown, and I’m fairly certain they aren’t real leather as described. Despite the truly awful chairs, AND having to email and call for three days to finally get ahold of someone, I have kept my cool and been kind and respectful, only to be met with gaslighting and corporate greed. After repeated emails pointing out that this was not just a matter of me changing my mind but that I essentially received incorrect items, and that I should not be responsible because of their mistakes, they extended a “gesture of goodwill” and agreed to waive the $425 return shipping cost if I pay the “minimum 25% restocking fee”. Assuming they only withhold the minimum (which based on my experience thus far seems extremely unlikely) that’s $400. Which means instead of the initial $825 return fees, they’re now graciously *eyeroll* allowing me to only pay $400 (at least) because of THEIR DECEIT AND MISREPRESENTATION. So I either keep the hideous orange chairs and am out $1600. Or return them and am out $400 with nothing to show for it except a week’s worth of frustration. This has by far been one of the worst purchases and customer service experiences. Avoid this company at all costs.

GBPerfect desk This desk perfectly complements my room! Assembly was relatively easy, although I encountered a minor issue with a piece of hardware that customer support quickly resolved. Looks great and works great.
