The company's customer service is absolutely horrible The company's customer service is terrible. My desk was held up with a "security issue" that their poorly written emails struggled to clarify. I have spent several days (because the agents' response time is long) dealing in an email back and forth, and they never seemed to be able to clearly explain what they needed. I'm not sure the agents speak English very well. I want the very unique desk that Eureka sells, but I will never risk trying to buy a product from this company again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AVOID THIS COMPANY - Horrible communication problems and unfulfilled promises. I have been trying to resolve an order that has gone wrong in every way for the past month. The poorly reboxed office chair I ordered arrived so smashed, due to lack of internal packing, that there were holes in it and parts had fallen out. Eureka tried to avoid responding to my many emails and calls, then said they'd issue a refund when I filed a complaint. But the refund has never shown up and once again, no response. I've never been so angry and frustrated with a seller and feel very used - promising a refund to get me off their back and close my complaint but never doing it. Despicable and dishonest business practices.

Fabulous experience with the company Fabulous experience with the company. The initial chair sent had a click sound when pulled back from max reclined. The representative Ching not only sent a replacement but sent a professional assembler to assemble the new chair and make sure it works fine. He also disassemble the old chair and packed it up which was picked up by FedEx next day. On top of it, they also gave me a rebate as a goodwill gesture. And the chair itself is awesome, a great addition to my study in progress.

Beautiful standing desk Was bummed about a couple days late delivery. As someone who works from home, an ergonomic desk is a must, and this one didn't disappoint me. Really happy with the quality and its sleek design!
