Gareth Smith has been amazing since… Gareth Smith has been amazing since 2020 when during COVID we first time played with an idea to look for a serviced office after 25 year being in leased office. He patiently communicated and offered his expertise until last month we found our perfect place and within 2 weeks we are enjoying our new office space in a perfect location in London. Officio Review We needed an office quickly and Joe Mewis was very quick in providing a shortlist, arranging viewings and following up. The quality of offices was overall very good and we found one that suited our needs perfectly. Joe then negotiated us a lower rent and we moved in within a couple of weeks. fantastic support from Reece Giovanni started looking for an office space in leeds, decided to try officio thinking it wouldnt really be of any help but worth a shot. couldnt have been more wrong, Reece was very easy going, actually listened to what we wanted, and picked out about 5 offices that really suited us and our needs. within two weeks we had chosen an office, and were signed up. would highly recommend Reece, for being really responsive, cheerful, and really paying attention to what we needed. thanks again Reece!

Extremely supportive and helpful We started looking started looking a new office in November 2021 and were supported by Faye Hollinsworth and Joseph Mew. We had our initial call with Faye to discuss our needs and plans for the future. Although our needs and timeline changed Faye and Joseph are very flexible and supportive in managing those changes. As a result we have settled on a space that currently meets our needs and allows us to grow our team. The other companies in the building we occupy have been very pleasant and welcoming.

I also had dealings with Kristi and Keith who have also been super helpful and not pushy at all. Our company will be using them as we look to expand our offices further.
