A welcome addition to our office - It wasnt until the new chairs arrived I realised just how poor quality the old ones were! I'd definitely order again. Very happy with refurbished chair - a good experience I booked an appointment to view some chair options at their warehouse and was left to my own devices which I appreciated - no sales pitch, I was just told to ask if I needed help. I tried a few and confirmed that I wanted an Orangebox Do. I raised an order online afterward and the chair arrived within a couple of weeks as expected, with delivery clearly communicated. I was very happy with the condition of the chair I received - you'd be hard-pressed to tell it wasn't new. A very positive experience throughout.
