I always thought that I hadn't left the… I always thought that I hadn't left the customs, but I didn't expect it to have arrived. But the website did not update where the items are. And there is no email notification when the item arrives at the destination. Caused my package to be lost. Hey disappointed

Contact company that won’t send contacts. First time I ordered from them I thought I had been scammed. No email to confirm the order and no updates. I emailed them with no response. No one talked to me until I got on Facebook and messaged them. Finally I got a email with them confirming and a tracking number. Everything arrived and it was all on just a mid understanding. Now today I sit here after giving them another shot and almost a month of waiting with only part of my order. I ordered a purse, water bottle, contact case m, two Sanrio pins and 7 yes SEVEN pairs of contact lenses. What did I get when I opened the box? The purse, water bottle, case and one pin. Not one contact lens is in here and one of the pins is missing as well. I’m literally sitting here crying because I used the last of my hsa to finally get some nice contacts only to be scammed.

Ummm Not very happy about the delivery. It took me over 2 weeks and its impossible to track the delivery on the website. Nobody in your team replied to my email :(

I received their product really fast I received their product really fast, seems like a newly oversea company. But I just love the Mojito Green Contact lenses!!!! I'm def gonna try it out more!

Haven’t received after 27 days It has been 27 days after I place my order. I haven’t get anything from Cofancy yet. It’s saying the package is still on its way here...... Horrible shipping. Don’t buy if you are in a rush.
