Extremely Satisfied After carefully reviewing at least 6 different home warranty companies, I chose Elite Home Warranty based on various reviews, BBB accreditation, policy features, price, and customer service. I spoke with an Agent, Steven, who was professional, polite, and he answered all of my questions. I went with a 5-year plan that provides the best price and lock-in guarantees. This is only day one but so far, I’m very happy.

I was able to make my first claim with… I was able to make my first claim with no problems. Elite Home Warranty (EWH) made the claim process extremely easy. I was quickly assigned a technician in my area, who did outstanding work and was very polite and professional. I’m glad I chose EWH and can say with confidence that my home is in good hands!

Elite Home Warranty… The company seems to have a great policy when compared to other home warranty companies. I did google them and seen the BBB rating in comparison which is why I chose to go with Elite. The sales team is a bit pushy as they were calling and texting a little too much for my liking. I had to communicate what I found to my Fiancé Jennifer Diaz, new owner of the home to be sure we wanted to extend it to a 5 year warranty vs. a 1 year that is being paid by the sellers. I will update this if we have any claims and give honest feedback on how it is handled. Hopefully this is insurance I won’t need.
