I first accidently ordered the wrong pair of lenses, and when I send them an e-mail I got an immediate response that I can still change the order to the original pair I wanted to have. Even though my lenses were out of stock, they still managed to get them delivered through their sister company. I‘ve recieved the packet without any damage.
