My Decorator and I were concerned about ordering barstools from them because we had never ordered from this store before. Not only did they have the best price for what we’re looking for, but they shipped my order the same day I placed it! The barstools are great quality and we’re so easy to put together. We definitely order from DTY again!

I unfortunately couldn't use an item… I unfortunately couldn't use an item because of measurements that were a little off. They immediately responded to me and offered a solution. The quality of the item and price were both great too. Despite my unfortunate circumstance, I will be a customer in the future.

Great Customer Service We didn't like the color of the cushions on the stools we purchased through DTY, so they swapped out a different color that we preferred and only charged us shipping costs. And, they sent them promptly before I sent back the other ones.

Creed swivel stools Creed swivel stools are solid, easy to assemble, high grade materials and finish. Detailed with small sliders under each leg and metal foot protectors across foot rails. Swivel mechanism seems solid (to be expected since new - time will tell) Shipping packaged securely.

He was very welcoming and understanding. He immediately sent us a new part at no charge. He could not have been better!!!
