GBHave used a few times for personalised… Have used a few times for personalised bag and tea towel orders. They staff are always wonderfully helpful and we have always been very happy with the end product.

GBAppalling, rude service, poor quality production and design "Clever" baggers is a huge misnomer. Never use this business. Trying to get a small simple order made with them has been a horrendous experience, made all the worse by the rude staff and inconsistent management. I've had to deal with over 10 members of staff including senior staff who are rude, condescending and unhelpful. More than 30 emails to get a small order printed, after the first order arrived incorrectly - they wouldn't refund the wrong order. Nightmare. Astounded that they are still in business.

GBExcellent service and quality at a very competitive price. Literally stumbled upon this company while searching for small, cotton bags to hold board game tokens. Was genuinely surprised at the low price for the bags, especially as I wanted seven bags in seven different colours and so didn't really expect too much but took the chance due to the order costing less than ten pounds including postage. Well, they arrived the day after I ordered them which was fantastic and they are actually really good quality and perfect for what I needed them for. Will definitely use again.

Every single member of staff I dealt with throughout the quotation, design and printing process couldn’t have been more helpful.They also made my bags in record time so that I can present them to a special group of ladies at our last meet, before Xmas .
