Every single member of staff I dealt with throughout the quotation, design and printing process couldn’t have been more helpful.They also made my bags in record time so that I can present them to a special group of ladies at our last meet, before Xmas . GBI won't be using this company again The aprons are fine, but the service is appalling. I have used this company before and they didn't have stock this time or last time. I have had to wait for ages for my orders to arrive (almost 6 weeks and I was told it was 3 months if I had waiting for a different size apron!). When I have explained the orders are urgent there has been no appreciation or apology for the issues it has caused us. The communication has been dreadful with different people telling me different things regarding my order. I was actually only sent my order when I said I wanted a refund! I won't be using this company again, they make something that should be straightforward very stressful. I have found a supplier that has stock and has made the transaction easy...as it should be!
