Horrible scam company Horrible scam company - stay AWAY! Placed an order with them for goods which where supposed to be on stock. The charged my credit card right away. When the goods where not yet shipped after 12 days I cancelled the order by email, as instructed on their website. I received an autoreply, that they would reply me within 5 days. Due to this we called their customer service in the morning the next day, here the employee confirmed that the order was cancelled, and that we later the same day would receive a confirmation for the cancellation. 5 hours later we receive an email informing that the goods have now been shipped...Seriously! Again I contacted customer service, and they replied that I had cancelled the order after the goods were shipped, and due to this I have to pay a 70 Euro cancellation fee. It is simply so far out. I both have an email and an autoreply from the day before, proving that I cancelled the order they day before the goods where shipped, just as we spoke with the "customer service" in the morning, who also confirmed the cancellation. I have tried calling their headquarters, but you just get forwarded to the local department who are the very same people who say they will deduct 70 Euro from the refund. I have now involved my lawyer and she suggested we called the customer service together, making a recording of the call, as we will take legal actions in case this is not solved. Legally I have to inform the counterpart that I am recording the conversation, which I did. But as soon as they heard I recorded the conversation, they hung up. We tried two times, with the same result. So it is very clear this is a company who does not care anything about consumer rights. And as they take the money from your account right away, when you place the order, they are holding all the cards, and they know this and act accordingly. I will however take the necessary legal steps, to stop this company from ignoring basic consumer rights and EU legislation. NO NOT place an order with this company!
