GBThe product was great The product was great. There was a predrilled hole that was off and it made it difficult to line up the matching piece. We also had some missing parts which also created extra work. Instructions on website and sent to us was outdated and made it confusing until we figured it out. Overall we are happy with desk and will likely order more in the future.

GBPerfect for Office, Classroom, and Meeting Room I had a wonderful experience with SMARTdesks. I wasn't sure where to start when it came to ordering protective guards for our office (reception desk, classroom, and conference room room.) The staff at SMARTdesks took the time to understand all the features of the different spaces within our office and helped customize an order that would fit our needs. They provided excellent customer service every step of the way. I always got a prompt response whenever I reached out with a question. The product itself has held up beautifully. The guards in the classroom get heavy duty use (4+ hours of classes daily, 5 days / wk) and look brand new, even 2 years later. No scuffs, scratches, or clouding, which is great because maintaining line of site in a classroom is essential. The installation was easy and the items are still affixed sturdily to the furniture in question after 2 years. 5 stars!

GBThe Product met my expectation. The Product met my expectation. The lead time is a bit long but not bad. The customer service responses were also a little slow. After a while it started to speed up as I was closer to finalizing the order. I needed the power trough to have the table made so I knew where it was to be placed. We had to wait on this step to take the next.
