Great Staff Super friendly team members and beautiful workplace - Candace at the little italy location made sure we had everything we needed and immediately connected me with other members who could be helpful to my business. Downtown Works in Carlsbad is a great place to work! Downtown Works in Carlsbad is a great place to have an office. I have been there almost 2 years and the staff is friendly and professional. They are very helpful with whatever you need. The place is modern and clean and has lots of options for office and open workspace. The conference rooms have been a real plus to my business. Also there are lots of friendly people that rent space and it has been great getting to know them. My dog loves it too!
