Hamper app stole my clothes Hamper app stole my clothes, then ignored texts, voicemails, phone calls and won’t acknowledge they lost my clothes- they also sent me some random clothes of other people. When notified- they stopped responding. They hide behind a 10 day period they have in fine print to find your clothes, but as I’m well past 10 day on DAY 15 they have yet to acknowledge their failure and make it right. This is a horrible organization and the owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Hamperapp is awesome Hamperapp is awesome. I’ve used them twice now to wash large comforters that won’t fit in my machine. They have a ton of availability when it comes to pick up and drop off times and can get it done in as little as a day or two. Super reliable and my stuff comes back so fresh. They even give you a giant green bag that fits a good three queen size comforters. I love Hamperapp!

I hurt my shoulder so rather than… I hurt my shoulder so rather than carrying my cloths to the laundromat I thought I'd try Hamperapp. The first time I used them the person who returned the delivery couldn't speak English and refused to bring the laundry upstairs. I decided to give the service another try. They neglected to pick up my cloths on the day requested so I had to reschedule. On that day they again sent I guy who spoke no English and he too refused to come and pick up the laundry despite my specific instructions to do so. I canceled the order and will not use this service ever again.
