GBDo NOT use these people Today was my second time trying HamperApp, notice I said "trying". The first time failed due to a tech issue that didn't allow them to assign my order, so no big deal as these things happen; however, TODAY'S incident has caused them to be less than dirt in my eyes because they sent someone over here from Roadie who was extremely unprofessional because he asked me "What is this?!" all abrupt and I'm sorry but I thought that when courier companies send couriers out the couriers at least know what they're picking up and where it's going. So I told him and he said okay and took the bag. About 20 mins. later he calls me and abruptly asks me where these are supposed to go because the business that he was supposed to send them to was closed. I tried to apologize but he kept talking over me. I tried to explain that he was hired through Roadie to do a pickup for Hamperapp but they are the ones who arranged the pickup, not me. He kept cutting me off and talking loudly over me, telling me that I needed to contact the company to see what to do (um I thought they were supposed to contact the company also if there are issues?) . Okay. Fine. So theres no number for Hamperapp so I get on their chat which they usually reply fairly quickly to. It hadn't even been 2 full minutes until the driver was calling me again demanding that I tell him what is going on when I have no freakin idea what was going on and tried to tell him this. He kept cutting me off and telling me that he was going to leave my bag there at the closed laundromat, because he does not get paid to return items. Yes he told me that. Um excuse me that is not my issue! I didnt say that to him but that's what I was thinking, and every time I did try to say anything he kept cutting me off. Finally I hung up on him because you not about to talk crazy on my phone and not expect me to cuss you out, however I'm trying to be a better person in 2024. During this time I'm communicating all this to Hamperapp on their chat and I'm getting no furthe replies other than the initial greeting, so I typed that either the driver would return with my items or Hamperapp would pay me for the items, then someone decided to reply dryly and tell me that the driver would be returning my items. No apology, nothing, until I mentioned that, to which they sent a canned saccharine apology that they could have kept, tbh. Whatever. I told them that I didn't want that driver coming back to my h ouse because I did not feel safe dealing with him any further, so then shortly thereafter I got a text adising me that another driver would be returning my items. So I still dont have clean laundry ahead of my move tomorrow, but I do now have a higher blood pressure reading from dealing with this puto driver over an issue that was not my fault.

ITTowels with black hair and stains that… Towels with black hair and stains that previously were not in there. Some of my tshirt and top were not returned probably mixed with other clients, stay away and save your money!

GBLot of work to do The convenience was nice and my clothes were clean. I’d say it was worth the price I paid, however, I actually tried multiple times to cancel the order and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. There is a button to cancel but it did not work. Also they lost a few shirts and two pairs of shorts and there isn’t any way on the app to handle this situation. It’s a good idea but it needs work.

GBI can't say enough good things about… I can't say enough good things about this laundry app! From its user-friendly interface to its exceptional services, every experience has been top-notch. The drivers are consistently punctual and courteous, making the entire process seamless. The laundry always comes back impeccably clean and perfectly folded, exceeding my expectations every time. GBHamperapp is awesome Hamperapp is awesome. I’ve used them twice now to wash large comforters that won’t fit in my machine. They have a ton of availability when it comes to pick up and drop off times and can get it done in as little as a day or two. Super reliable and my stuff comes back so fresh. They even give you a giant green bag that fits a good three queen size comforters. I love Hamperapp!
