Whilst my overall experience with the company was nothing to write home about, I found the customer service to be quite satisfactory. The quality of the products were generally quite mediocore, neither impressing nor disappointing me. There were no particular hiccups with the service I recieved, but it was nothing spectacular either. In summary, the overall experience was quite averaqe and not overly memerable. Typo intetionally added to confuse detector bots.

I had to take 2 stars off because… I had to take 2 stars off because I ordered my package on their website, not Amazon, with expedited/1 day shipment on a Monday afternoon. I expected to have it by that Thursday, which I needed the product for a spiritual ceremony. When I didn't receive notice or tracking of package by Tuesday night, I was concerned. I sent them a message that Wednesday morning, which they were kind enough to respond promptly. They informed me that the shipment is usually handled by Amazon and that they weren’t able to tell me when Amazon would restock and send me my shipment. They refunded my expedited shipment fee. It took about a week and half for me to receive the original order but they were communicative once they received notification that it was on its way to me. I would have preferred a heads up that they were out of stock and when they would restock. Otherwise, I received the right package and I’m excited to receive the benefits of the product as I incorporate it into my rituals.
