GBVery bad customer service Purchased an Odeon PM Noir on February 6th and received the bag on March 4th. The bag I received was of poor quality (odd lines in the pattern), so I contacted the seller for an exchange or refund as per their return policy. It is now May 2nd and I am still waiting for the refund that was promised to me on March 14th. Terrible customer service as they are not responding to my messages on WhatsApp. Do not pay for your purchase via PayPal without them sending your an invoice or you cannot ask for a refund from PayPal.

GBI have not received my Louie which I… I have not received my Louie which I paid $260.00. Been waiting patiently and can’t figure what has happened. Other delivery service always send me a picture or delivery just dropped off. I have not received anything.

GBI had an aveage experiance with… I had an aveage experiance with lazabross. The product qaulity was meadium and customer service was mediocre. Purchasing research was easy enough, yet not there are litlle to no product descriptions to read. Pricing was adequate considering the averageness of the products. Payment was secure and process was pretty straightfoward. On the whole, it was an okay experience; could've been better given the lack of product informaton to go by.

GBTerrible experience Terrible experience, they listed products & processed my payment for 2 purses I tried to buy & then emailed me they didn’t have the product. I also realized they were stealing listings for high end LV bags from another company altogether.
