GBDOESN'T WORK FOR AMAZON DOESN'T WORK FOR AMAZON. They give the impression that their codes work for selling platform in general, Amazon is one of them, as per their blog, part of one subject on their website ..."If you are a smaller business or need barcodes for a specific purpose such as selling through an online service such as Amazon, then a specialty barcode service such as Speedy Barcodes is your best bet. Learning how to buy a UPC code can make all the difference in the quality of the product that you receive. Barcodes can be purchased through Speedy Barcodes one at a time, or in lots to suit your needs. The cost would be much less than obtaining codes through GS1, and there aren’t yearly renewal fees."

GBIf you need EAN barcodes that work don't use them If you need EAN barcodes that work, don't use them. All their EAN codes are simply UPC codes with a 0 in front. This is unrecognizable in certain fulfilment systems. We are trying to sort it out now but I am not sure we will find a clean tech solution, it may end up being a manual workaround. It's also a real pain when you are copying them down into google spreadsheets or excel for master data safekeeping purposes.
