Unnecessary unprofessional middlemen I work in the escrow department for a management company and work with dozens of escrow teams and title companies. Inspecthoa is BY FAR the worst. I have found them to be rude and unprofessional. They emailed a payoff request at 4pm on a Friday, then repeatedly emailed and called throughout the weekend (when we are closed), by 6am on Monday they had told their client that we've been completely unresponsive and they would need to contact us themselves. I was able to show the emails and voicemail times to our mutual client, including my auto responder stating we received their request and would provide their payoff within 48 business hours. This client was NOT happy. It caused undo stress on her (selling is stressful enough) as well as on us. They often send us requests for properties we do not manage, which can happen from time to time but it's exorbitant with this company and they've even argued with me accusing me of lying about not managing the property. I enjoy working with Old Republic, Equity, First American, Chicago and many other title/escrow companies. I have over 20 years experience in this field, and let me tell you, inspectHOA are just middlemen who don't know the industry and try to badger people unprofessionally in order to get their documents that we'd happily supply without the dramatics.
