USDo not recommend pre-order terrible customer service, no honesty or integrity. Watch out for "Donna" I asked for an order status update and was informed my item was in the warehouse being inspected and would ship soon. I emailed again and then I was told that the item did not arrive and was further delayed. When I asked about the email from last week. The reply was "We received a different model and are shipping those out." A little frustrating especially since a customer just received and reviewed the exact same item...Completely ignored my 2nd email and just replied to the first one. Hopefully getting an alternate item won't be as painful.
