False Advertising Merchant is advertising and accepting payment for product that they do not have in stock. Order placed March 7th and credit card charged. Over 1 week later, merchant advises that order has been canceled but does not issue refund. Suggest that you avoid. Merchant reached out by phone today (3/19/20) to discuss my objective review. They apparently are a small company who were overwhelmed by a sudden large demand. I surmise that this is they reason they did not respond to my numerous requests for an order status before I left my review. I contacted AMEX myself to request a chargeback.

I too order toilet paper 3/23/20 I too order toilet paper 3/23/20, follow up 3/30/20 as my card was charged, but no communication. I sent a dispute to my cc on 4/3/20 and got a confirmed from this company sunday evening that my charges were cancelled and I will be refunded. Ironically that stated in there email that they couldn't fulfill my order. Well then, don't take my money. Stay far away from this company. They don't take phone calls and don't return emails in whichever manner you submit.

Beware stale merchandise I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.

Beware Of This Business! I placed an order onMarch 13, 2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I won’t be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.

VERY UNHAPPY! I placed a order at the beginning of March they charged me and when I called today on the 13th, they informed they are" sorry" they don't have the product for me but would issue me a credit. I would be careful when buying from this company considering I could have bought product before now if they had simply informed me they didn't have what I needed! Supply and Demand, I understand but if you don't have the product to sell, best you say that to give the consumer a choice!
