I just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. You may get your items you may not.... Because my billing address and shipping address were different, they refused to ship. Who tells you where you can ship an item, it's utterly stupid, and then your not notified that it's not shipping, the website, says processing and shipped, it's only until you never receive anything that you notice something is wrong. And then they question you as to why you want it shipped there, WHY DOES THAT MATTER, if I pay you for something, SHIP IT, it's that damn simple. I would suggest not even wasting your time with this company. TOTAL GARBAGE

Disappointed Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.

I placed an order for an 8 pack case of… I placed an order for an 8 pack case of hand sanitizer, their response was that there is an issue with their site and that was for 1 bag eventough the description said 8/ct do not buy from them! buyer beware

Please I caution you not to use this… Please I caution you not to use this company!! Placed an order on 5/4/2021 at 10:39am and Its is 6/01/2021 and I have yet to receive my order. Spoke to them twice and they were rude and unprofessional claiming it was deliverd and signed for. They claimed it was UPS fault. It could have very well be the fault of UPS, but the attitude was certainly unappropriate!! Furthermore, I am still without my product and I was charged. Do not Use this Company!!!
