GBYou may get your items you may not.... Because my billing address and shipping address were different, they refused to ship. Who tells you where you can ship an item, it's utterly stupid, and then your not notified that it's not shipping, the website, says processing and shipped, it's only until you never receive anything that you notice something is wrong. And then they question you as to why you want it shipped there, WHY DOES THAT MATTER, if I pay you for something, SHIP IT, it's that damn simple. I would suggest not even wasting your time with this company. TOTAL GARBAGE

GBI placed an order for an 8 pack case of… I placed an order for an 8 pack case of hand sanitizer, their response was that there is an issue with their site and that was for 1 bag eventough the description said 8/ct do not buy from them! buyer beware

GBBeware stale merchandise I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.

GBI would give ZERO stars if I could I would give ZERO stars if I could. Shame on this company. They are not fulfilling orders or communicating with their unhappy customers. I am trying to contact them via PayPal for resolution. I'd like my money refunded, as it should not have even been taken before my order was processed/fulfilled.

GBDon't know what this outfit does Don't know what this outfit does, but it certainly isn't fulfilling shipments. Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called, got voicemail, never returned my call. Might have been a coincidence but soon after leaving them a bad review I got an email from them apologizing for the delay, the problem had been resolved, and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment, but this is no way to run a legitimate business. I only wish I had checked the reviews here on Trustpilot first!
