I just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. Is this even a real business? I tried to place a test purchase of 2 cases(196 rolls) of toilet paper to distribute to friends and family who are essential employees and can't take the time to stand in line for an hour to get toilet paper. Restockit showed the product was available, the order went through and they charged my credit card. 2 days after I placed my order, no tracking number, but status shows as shipped. Its been 13 days, 10 business days. I sent emails asking for status, no contact or information. I'll stick with my local, reliable, distributior for my future small business needs. I'll be contacting my credit card company today to dispute the charge.

False Advertising Merchant is advertising and accepting payment for product that they do not have in stock. Order placed March 7th and credit card charged. Over 1 week later, merchant advises that order has been canceled but does not issue refund. Suggest that you avoid. Merchant reached out by phone today (3/19/20) to discuss my objective review. They apparently are a small company who were overwhelmed by a sudden large demand. I surmise that this is they reason they did not respond to my numerous requests for an order status before I left my review. I contacted AMEX myself to request a chargeback.

Disappointed Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.

I placed an order for an 8 pack case of… I placed an order for an 8 pack case of hand sanitizer, their response was that there is an issue with their site and that was for 1 bag eventough the description said 8/ct do not buy from them! buyer beware
