I too order toilet paper 3/23/20 I too order toilet paper 3/23/20, follow up 3/30/20 as my card was charged, but no communication. I sent a dispute to my cc on 4/3/20 and got a confirmed from this company sunday evening that my charges were cancelled and I will be refunded. Ironically that stated in there email that they couldn't fulfill my order. Well then, don't take my money. Stay far away from this company. They don't take phone calls and don't return emails in whichever manner you submit.

You may get your items you may not.... Because my billing address and shipping address were different, they refused to ship. Who tells you where you can ship an item, it's utterly stupid, and then your not notified that it's not shipping, the website, says processing and shipped, it's only until you never receive anything that you notice something is wrong. And then they question you as to why you want it shipped there, WHY DOES THAT MATTER, if I pay you for something, SHIP IT, it's that damn simple. I would suggest not even wasting your time with this company. TOTAL GARBAGE

I would give ZERO stars if I could I would give ZERO stars if I could. Shame on this company. They are not fulfilling orders or communicating with their unhappy customers. I am trying to contact them via PayPal for resolution. I'd like my money refunded, as it should not have even been taken before my order was processed/fulfilled.

Please I caution you not to use this… Please I caution you not to use this company!! Placed an order on 5/4/2021 at 10:39am and Its is 6/01/2021 and I have yet to receive my order. Spoke to them twice and they were rude and unprofessional claiming it was deliverd and signed for. They claimed it was UPS fault. It could have very well be the fault of UPS, but the attitude was certainly unappropriate!! Furthermore, I am still without my product and I was charged. Do not Use this Company!!!

Price gouging This company price gouges. I was charged $38 for a Tide detergent that costs $17 regularly. This company misrepresented itself. I thought I was getting 4 boxes of tide with 4 in each instead I got one box of 4 tides.
