GBBeware stale merchandise I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.

GBI just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. GBSame as the others...placed an order and no response. Same as the others...placed an order on 3/25/20 and my credit card was charged. I did not receive an order confirmation so I contacted them twice about it and no response at all. Ill be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

GBDamaged merchandise in poor packaging. I just received a package from Restockit which was from an order placed with Amazon.com. It is a desk blotter that arrived damaged. And, no wonder, because it was sent in a flimsy carton, with NO inside packaging, not even a plastic cover. So, when the carton got damaged, so did the contents. I will avoid ever using this company again.

GBI placed an order with Restockit on… I placed an order with Restockit on March 22, 2023. I did not receive an e-mail verification the next day so I got in their online chat and talked to Anna. She was very nice and checked on my order and said it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship. The items all arrived the next day. From order to delivery it only took 3 days and keep in mind, I placed this order during the peak of the Spring Break and this company is based in Florida. I was very impressed by how they got my order delivered so quickly and they were very polite when I contacted them. I will shop with them again.
