GBSame as the others...placed an order and no response. Same as the others...placed an order on 3/25/20 and my credit card was charged. I did not receive an order confirmation so I contacted them twice about it and no response at all. Ill be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. They have fine print that they can ship you literally anything they want, regardless of whether it is what you ordered. And if you complain, they blacklist you and will never ship to you again.

GBI just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. GRDisappointed Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.

GBBeware stale merchandise I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.
