GBBeware Of This Business! I placed an order onMarch 13, 2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I won’t be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.

GBI too order toilet paper 3/23/20 I too order toilet paper 3/23/20, follow up 3/30/20 as my card was charged, but no communication. I sent a dispute to my cc on 4/3/20 and got a confirmed from this company sunday evening that my charges were cancelled and I will be refunded. Ironically that stated in there email that they couldn't fulfill my order. Well then, don't take my money. Stay far away from this company. They don't take phone calls and don't return emails in whichever manner you submit.

GBPrice gouging This company price gouges. I was charged $38 for a Tide detergent that costs $17 regularly. This company misrepresented itself. I thought I was getting 4 boxes of tide with 4 in each instead I got one box of 4 tides.

GBDamaged merchandise in poor packaging. I just received a package from Restockit which was from an order placed with Amazon.com. It is a desk blotter that arrived damaged. And, no wonder, because it was sent in a flimsy carton, with NO inside packaging, not even a plastic cover. So, when the carton got damaged, so did the contents. I will avoid ever using this company again.

GBDon't know what this outfit does Don't know what this outfit does, but it certainly isn't fulfilling shipments. Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called, got voicemail, never returned my call. Might have been a coincidence but soon after leaving them a bad review I got an email from them apologizing for the delay, the problem had been resolved, and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment, but this is no way to run a legitimate business. I only wish I had checked the reviews here on Trustpilot first!
