Ordered TP and hand soap around May 6… Ordered TP and hand soap around May 6 not expecting to receive either item but hopeful. The delivery date was to be around May 22nd. Doorbell rang on the 11th and sitting there on my steps was two large boxes. Both the TP (96 rolls bulk order) and the hand soap had came ahead of time! The TP box was just a bit torn but it had been package taped with everything in it undamaged. This may not be your experience ordering but I must give due credit and recommendation when it is earned and Restockit has earned it in my opinion!

Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called, got voicemail, never returned my call. Might have been a coincidence but soon after leaving them a bad review I got an email from them apologizing for the delay, the problem had been resolved, and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment, but this is no way to run a legitimate business. I only wish I had checked the reviews here on Trustpilot first!

This company is a scam This company is a scam. They have fine print that they can ship you literally anything they want, regardless of whether it is what you ordered. And if you complain, they blacklist you and will never ship to you again.

Disappointed Disappointed with our Valentine meal tonight from Petersham nurseries. Not a patch on their cafe food nor their yummy picnic hampers which we have ordered many times. The starter of gnocchi and pumpkin purée was fine but the duck was tough, the sauce bland and the potatoes and porcini mushrooms a horrible grey colour and tasted pretty awful like reheated potatoes do. I had to put them under the grill to try to crisp them up. The rhubarb pudding was really stodgy and again bland. We had a Valentine duck meal on Thursday from M&S which was very tasty and tender and a fraction of the cost, so will probably not be ordering from restokit again. The instructions did not tell you what temperature to set the oven to and a timeline of when to start cooking what would have been useful.

I placed an order with Restockit on… I placed an order with Restockit on March 22, 2023. I did not receive an e-mail verification the next day so I got in their online chat and talked to Anna. She was very nice and checked on my order and said it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship. The items all arrived the next day. From order to delivery it only took 3 days and keep in mind, I placed this order during the peak of the Spring Break and this company is based in Florida. I was very impressed by how they got my order delivered so quickly and they were very polite when I contacted them. I will shop with them again.
