GBI would give ZERO stars if I could I would give ZERO stars if I could. Shame on this company. They are not fulfilling orders or communicating with their unhappy customers. I am trying to contact them via PayPal for resolution. I'd like my money refunded, as it should not have even been taken before my order was processed/fulfilled.

GBPrice gouging This company price gouges. I was charged $38 for a Tide detergent that costs $17 regularly. This company misrepresented itself. I thought I was getting 4 boxes of tide with 4 in each instead I got one box of 4 tides.

GBDon’t waste your time or money Don’t waste your time or money. I had the same experience with this place as many others are posting. Ordered a case of toilet paper that said was in stock. They charged my bank account, says item was shipped, but have not received a tracking number. 2 weeks later still nothing. Have emailed them twice with no response. Questioning if this is even a legitimate company.

GBBeware stale merchandise I ordered some snack foods from this company, and they came with just a month left on the expiration date! For something like small packages of animal crackers, it meant that they were already years old. I will never do business with this company again. Also, although they promise cashback to Rakuten users, it never showed up.

GBI just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE.
