GBIs this even a real business? I tried to place a test purchase of 2 cases(196 rolls) of toilet paper to distribute to friends and family who are essential employees and can't take the time to stand in line for an hour to get toilet paper. Restockit showed the product was available, the order went through and they charged my credit card. 2 days after I placed my order, no tracking number, but status shows as shipped. Its been 13 days, 10 business days. I sent emails asking for status, no contact or information. I'll stick with my local, reliable, distributior for my future small business needs. I'll be contacting my credit card company today to dispute the charge.

GBDamaged merchandise in poor packaging. I just received a package from Restockit which was from an order placed with Amazon.com. It is a desk blotter that arrived damaged. And, no wonder, because it was sent in a flimsy carton, with NO inside packaging, not even a plastic cover. So, when the carton got damaged, so did the contents. I will avoid ever using this company again.

GBDon't know what this outfit does Don't know what this outfit does, but it certainly isn't fulfilling shipments. Placed an order on 3/22/20 for an item that was currently listed as having 18 in stock and immediate shipping. After several days not shipping as promised I sent an email inquiry that never got answered. Then tried their chat feature only to be told it wasn't working. Called, got voicemail, never returned my call. Might have been a coincidence but soon after leaving them a bad review I got an email from them apologizing for the delay, the problem had been resolved, and promising delivery within the week by FedEx. However 6 days later they cancelled my order. I understand longer shipping times and periods of low stock in the current environment, but this is no way to run a legitimate business. I only wish I had checked the reviews here on Trustpilot first!

GBI placed an order with Restockit on… I placed an order with Restockit on March 22, 2023. I did not receive an e-mail verification the next day so I got in their online chat and talked to Anna. She was very nice and checked on my order and said it was in the warehouse getting ready to ship. The items all arrived the next day. From order to delivery it only took 3 days and keep in mind, I placed this order during the peak of the Spring Break and this company is based in Florida. I was very impressed by how they got my order delivered so quickly and they were very polite when I contacted them. I will shop with them again.

GBPlease I caution you not to use this… Please I caution you not to use this company!! Placed an order on 5/4/2021 at 10:39am and Its is 6/01/2021 and I have yet to receive my order. Spoke to them twice and they were rude and unprofessional claiming it was deliverd and signed for. They claimed it was UPS fault. It could have very well be the fault of UPS, but the attitude was certainly unappropriate!! Furthermore, I am still without my product and I was charged. Do not Use this Company!!!
