GBVERY UNHAPPY! I placed a order at the beginning of March they charged me and when I called today on the 13th, they informed they are" sorry" they don't have the product for me but would issue me a credit. I would be careful when buying from this company considering I could have bought product before now if they had simply informed me they didn't have what I needed! Supply and Demand, I understand but if you don't have the product to sell, best you say that to give the consumer a choice!

GBOrdered TP and hand soap around May 6… Ordered TP and hand soap around May 6 not expecting to receive either item but hopeful. The delivery date was to be around May 22nd. Doorbell rang on the 11th and sitting there on my steps was two large boxes. Both the TP (96 rolls bulk order) and the hand soap had came ahead of time! The TP box was just a bit torn but it had been package taped with everything in it undamaged. This may not be your experience ordering but I must give due credit and recommendation when it is earned and Restockit has earned it in my opinion!

GBFalse Advertising Merchant is advertising and accepting payment for product that they do not have in stock. Order placed March 7th and credit card charged. Over 1 week later, merchant advises that order has been canceled but does not issue refund. Suggest that you avoid. Merchant reached out by phone today (3/19/20) to discuss my objective review. They apparently are a small company who were overwhelmed by a sudden large demand. I surmise that this is they reason they did not respond to my numerous requests for an order status before I left my review. I contacted AMEX myself to request a chargeback.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. They have fine print that they can ship you literally anything they want, regardless of whether it is what you ordered. And if you complain, they blacklist you and will never ship to you again.

GBI just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU RESTOCKIT FOR HAVING SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LARGE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS. Thank you Bonnie Lacenere
