Beware Of This Business! I placed an order onMarch 13, 2020. The amount of $187.34 was processed through my credit union account that same day. So far, I have not received a verification email or the order. Company is now only accepting email communications. As a result, I doubt that I won’t be receiving my order or refund. Please, take the time to read other reviews where customers had the same or similar issues with this company. I wish I had read them before placing an order.

False Advertising Merchant is advertising and accepting payment for product that they do not have in stock. Order placed March 7th and credit card charged. Over 1 week later, merchant advises that order has been canceled but does not issue refund. Suggest that you avoid. Merchant reached out by phone today (3/19/20) to discuss my objective review. They apparently are a small company who were overwhelmed by a sudden large demand. I surmise that this is they reason they did not respond to my numerous requests for an order status before I left my review. I contacted AMEX myself to request a chargeback.

I just had a small issue with a… I just had a small issue with a product. Called customer service. Rose answered the phone and the issue was resolved immediately. Rose was understanding, kind and familiar with her products and customers. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND I WILL MYSELF SUPPORT THEIR BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE. This company is a scam This company is a scam. They have fine print that they can ship you literally anything they want, regardless of whether it is what you ordered. And if you complain, they blacklist you and will never ship to you again.

Damaged merchandise in poor packaging. I just received a package from Restockit which was from an order placed with Amazon.com. It is a desk blotter that arrived damaged. And, no wonder, because it was sent in a flimsy carton, with NO inside packaging, not even a plastic cover. So, when the carton got damaged, so did the contents. I will avoid ever using this company again.
