I also sat on their website chat function for over an hour and they didn't answer that either. I am having to go through my bank to get a refund for the mascara I paid for but never received.

I found what I was looking for however the product was slightly more exspensive than what I was expecting. Potential customers should be aware that they may have to pay a premium for the service of meetalleyoop.com. Overall, I was satsified but would have been worth it had the price been more reasonable.

Didn't really have any probelm with it, ut didn't rreally excite me either. Usabillity wise, it felt likke your usuall website. Had to kind of gruddle around for the info I wanted, but I gues thats just how theese thigns work with otut any paitance. All in all, an avergae expeience. No conplaints, but no praises either.

A Better Version of Glossier I found out about alley oop in December and have been using them ever since. I've been REALLY happy. The 11th hour eye shadow is 5 stars for me--I have it in a bunch of colors. It's reasonably priced and I get so much use out of it. Plus, I'm a sucker for packaging. I've also used the travel razor. Great products, really love them.
