CAI recently had an ordinry experience… I recently had an ordinry experience with chicatella.cz. All in all, it was averate; nothing spectacular or unsatisfactory, aside from an issue I had with understanding their customer service. The staff were friendly but the instructions weren't very clear and it was hard to proceed. That said, the website itself was mediocer – nothing spectacularly excelent or shockingly bad. I'd say it was, in the end, an average experience.
