Ok product , not great for those with oily skin I ordered Wunderbrow in the jet black color due to the lack of good color options. The brown was too light and jet black is too dark. The applicator is not great either so I used my brow brush to put it on. It dries quickly but does not look natural. Additionally, its not a great product for those with oily skin and does not stay on. In the morning I noticed that most of the product had come off so I ended up having to apply my other brow gel. I think the idea is good but the product could use some improvements. I would continue using my other brand (Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow gel) and am considering just getting permanent makeup done on my brows vs buying products like this.

Returned but never refunded I received the product almost 3 weeks after ordering When I received it I found it thick and sticky and it looked very unnatural unless you have a tun of natural eyebrow hair to start essentially this is just a tint for your brow hair not a filler for thinning spots. I called customer service the next day after I used the product They emailed me return instructions and said I would receive a full refund!! I have followed up with the returns department 2 times since And told they would get back to me. It has since been 4 months and I have zero contact back from them or a refund. I think this company has learned how to capitalize on social media and are criminals with a crappy product.

I love it Well I should have gotten a darker color,no worry I empravised. I took a darker eyeliner and lightly stroked my eyebrows and the problem was solved.And you first timers, please do not follow the crowd and looking like a bunch of clowns (eyebrows 1inch thick lol unless that is the look you are going for)

fast shipping, good company, decent product My "Wunderbrow" shipped quickly, I received the correct product, the sales representative I dealt with was a bit pushy, but nice. The product itself is pretty good, but I probably wouldn't pay full price for it. Also, you require purchasing a different brush from them to use the product, which is annoying.

Ive never bought a beauty product more … Ive never bought a beauty product more than once because I like to try new things but the wunderbrow products is the best. I cannot find a product in sephora or mac that is as smudge proof or natural looking as wunderbrow. I wish I could get the last bit at the bottle of the container so I wont have to throw away product but I just leave it upside down to get the last bits.
