GBHounded for review before product even arrived. So far you have requested that I review your product twice now, but I have yet to receive the product in the first place. I was going to leave off until it gets here but, since you keep emailing me, this is the review you get. It has been over a week since I ordered and the package is still in New Jersey, you are in New York and I'm in Georgia. I expected possible shipping delays, and that is fine, but being hounded to review a product when it hasn't been delivered yet is just bad customer interaction.

GBTerrible company Terrible company! I ordered two perfumes on 9/25/2023 from Tubellas. I downloaded both the shop and AfterShip apps to track my orders. For almost one week no updates on either app that my order was fulfilled. I tried calling and their number is a WhatsApp number that directs you to a life alert company. I send multiple emails and nothing for almost one week. Then I see the cheap perfume I ordered was shipped. The one I paid $282 dollars for has not been and I can’t get a hold of the company by telephone or email. I reached out to my bank and they are investigating now. If I can give a company a zero I would. So be extremely aware if you are considering ordering from this company. The say orders ship between 2-5 business days. That’s not true at all.
