One exceptional experience I had with… One exceptional experience I had with Picturesalon was when they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs for a lithograph print of my work. Not only did they deliver stunning results, but their team’s professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their dedication to producing top-notch work truly sets them apart in the industry, and I look forward to seeing their continued success and growth.

Incomplete order, with blemishes. I am missing one of the backer boards I ordered. I double checked what I received against what I ordered, and I am definitely missing one of the 16x20 ones I ordered. Also, I found it to be an unpleasant surprise that many of the 16x20 sized backer boards had markings on them. At least half to a third of them had barcodes and logos printed on them. I felt it was unprofessional. What I will say is that it was packaged beautifully.

A+ highly recommend! We just received our second order from Picture Salon and we could not be happier!!! We sent them our own photos to be printed onto large canvas wraps (some standard sizes, some custom). We did the same thing in 2019. (Each time, we ordered about 15 canvas wraps, up to 40" x 60" in size.) Both times, we found the staff to be efficient, helpful, responsive and friendly. Shout out to Cho, who made the process so easy!! Both times, all of our canvas wraps arrived on time, very carefully wrapped, so nothing was damaged. The wraps are impeccable. We absolutely recommend Picture Salon and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Picture Salon did a beautiful job… Picture Salon did a beautiful job scanning & printing an old, sentimental family heirloom watercolor. Prices were reasonable. The wait to scan was long but I was warned that it was a busy time of year. The staff explained the process well. Good experience!

Very professional! My orders went very smoothly and were filled very timely. Every detail was followed in my notes. I ordered several different items to get a feel. They all came expertly packaged in the same box very quickly and unharmed. I will be ordering again!
