Great service from awesome people! After speaking with a couple of the other logo designers advertising on social media I decided to go with Design With Ember and it was the right decision. They are very professional and provide a very friendly customer service. They were quick to respond to any of my questions. They made the entire process feel very easy and smooth. I am stating my new mobile food… I am stating my new mobile food business and decided to create a logo. I tried to do it myself but it honestly looked really bad. I saw an add for Design by Ember on Facebook, and first thing that popped in my mind was “this is a scam” but I decided to go for it after a representative reached out to me to reassure me that it was legitimate. Second obstacle was Funds I have a very limited budget for my business start up and I thought I couldn’t afford a professional Artist designing my logo. But again Design by Ember totally understood that and offered me several options at affordable price points that were definitely very doable. After all was said and done I now have a beautiful logo for my business that is both professional and affordable thanks to Design by Ember.

The customer service is top tier The customer service is top tier. I can be indecisive; however, they were very patient with me in trying to bring my vision into a reality. You can tell that the engineer took their time with the design. Overall, I'm very pleased with the service I was provided.
