My experience has been amazing My experience has been amazing! Being a first time entrepreneur I was nervous about putting everything together, the designs, etc., but they literally do everything for you and makes it so easy for someone like me.

My logo was sold without my permission. What a joke… Seriously unimpressed with this company. I did a lot of research on trustpilot before using them and seen that they had excellent scores. I've just spent 6 weeks designing a logo to find out someone has bought it from under me!!!!! I'd saved many coloured versions off the logo and after doing market research was about to purchase it myself. What is the point of being able to save your work and send it to yourself by email, So it's secure for someone else to be able to steal it!!!! Can you imagine my horror when the next day you log into your account to find out your logo has been sold. The worst part is is. I've been emailing customer service asking questions about the logo and no one has told me that it could be sold. Absolute joke! BrandCrowd Your Mega Mayhem logo has been saved. Should have went with my gut I took two routes. First I started with Brand Crowd and found remotely what I was looking for to get some ideas. Then I went to an actual firm that does logo creation and paid 3 times the price only to come back to BC to finalize my own logo.
