Experience started off great until it… Experience started off great until it came time for installation. That's when the nightmare came. The Company rescheduled first install because their workers didn't have the proper equipment even though they already came out to view the location. Then after install, we needed the city to sign off but the Front Sign would constantly delay inspections which also caused our business grand opening delay. We did not get to open till a month and a half after the sign was installed due to Frontsigns not making the inspections a priority. They kept making excuses as they were too far and short staff to handle an inspection. In the end, we had to deal with the inspections ourselves even though that's included in the contract. We could no longer wait on them. To top it off, it's been 4 months since installation and our sign lighting already stopped working. Terrible experience overall and do not recommend.

Warranty Good The communication between the sales person and the installation team was lacking, we would ask a question, say sure we can do it, then day of installation, the team said something else. And now that the signs are installed, one of them is not working we notified them so they can come mind you, this is one week within installation. Good thing they have one year warranty on parts and labor I will give them they were able to work with us and were flexible with some stuff.

Great Experience A friend had used Front Signs and we were impressed with the quality. We are very happy with our sign, they were easy to work with and we were able to pick up the sign very soon after ordering.

Great customer service & quality finished promo products! Miguel and his team were very helpful in producing our event signage including a large foam sign, mirror clings, and table displays. We are from out of town so we were relying on pure reviews and some example imagery which helped us make the decision to go with Front Signs. They provided proofs along the way to make sure we were on the same page, made quick revisions and replied quickly. They even helped us learn a bit about different design elements to ask for as part of future projects which was a bonus! Thanks again!

Highly Recommend Front Signs Front Signs did an absolutely AMAZING job collaborating with us on our signs. They are professional, detail oriented, thoughtful and responsive. And we LOVE OUR SIGNS. They were installed last week, and when we turned on the lights it literally was like the North Star in Bethlehem! People from all over 2nd Street came flooding into our store.
