Great customer service!! I had a question about my upload and called your customer support and it was taken care of immediately. Also, he noticed that the image was slightly blurry and made it sharp. Mind you, the print was 55x79 and so it being blurry would have been noticeable but it turned out AMAZING!!!! It looks so good in my living room!

Super fast and great quality! My first stop was fedex because of their walk-in stores, but they told me it will 10 days to print the banner. I searched online for another company but they will all take around 7 days until I found 2DB. I order it on Monday afternoon and it was at my front door step on Wednesday!! Great quality banner I'm a graphic designer so it was easy for me to make a customized banner in Adobe Illustrator and upload a PDF file. Wrinkles The first banner I ordered came in a flat envelope ensuring it was not bent and crinkled. The second was all folded up. I cannot get the wrinkles out to save my life-I even spent 45 minutes steaming it. For the absurd shipping price on each item, even if you order multiple things, I would think they could do a little better. Will reprint with Etsy.
