GBdifferent colors The print I ordered has very different colors than the actual painting. The real thing is shades of white and this print is dark and muddy. Maybe that’s more about the source image than the quality of the print itself, but I still expected the print to look like the actual painting. I’m so disappointed.

GBBeautiful quality The print is beautiful and we love the finish on it. There was a crease or dent in the print. This was not from shipping. The print itself was not perfect. But we knew it would not be noticeable so we did not contact McGraw. Otherwise, we were very happy with the quality and will purchase from this company again.

GBShipping cost is a mystery We've been a customer of McGaw for just about 40 years. The quality is excellent, but there's one thing I really dislike. When placing an order, I NEVER have any idea how much the shipping cost is until I get the invoice a couple weeks later! Also, I have to call or mail a check for the shipping. Please get up to date, as this is archaic and frustrating!

GBYou never sent an email You never sent an email telling my my order had been shipped like you said you would in the confirmation email. As a result my package sat outside for 2 days and would have for even longer had I just happen to stop by the location it was delivered. I then sent an email telling your company about this and never got a response back. Also a small thing your cite never said or at least I did not see it when ordering that your giclee prints are on textured paper which I do not care for.
