The worst experience The worst experience! Deceptive practices by not clearly disclosing the production and shipping delays around the holidays. Ordered two books 12/2/23 and they still are not here, 1/4/24. Missed the Christmas and Birthday events that I ordered them for. Had I known Bookemon could not handle the holiday rush, I would have ordered sooner. No help from Bookemon team when I emailed to inquire (several times). Tracking updates have shown the books would be here every day since 12/31. But alas......

I have used Bookemon for several books… I have used Bookemon for several books so far. It let's me put down my ideas in a very professional and creative way. I love all the options available to me. The final quality of the books are beyond my expectations.

My book project My book project, a personal history for my grandchildren starting with a family history of my childhood in Germany, took a little more than 2 years to complete. Throughout this time I had the personal assurance that the Bookemon.com site would be there without fail whenever I added stories or edited previous pages. I appreciate the ability to make use of the Bookemon.com design prompts and general ease of use to bring my project to private self-published completion. I was able to tell my story for my family. Requested a new copy for an old family tree book. Several years ago our extended family decided to put together a 5-6 generation family tree. For various reasons not everyone purchased a book at that time. My baby sister is now a grandmother and wanted a copy of the book. My original family book was purchased I believe over 10 years ago. It had been published by Bookemon so I went to Bookemon’s web page. I used their easy online re-order app without issue. It took a little time to get the book, but not more than was estimated and I received the additional copy that is picture perfect! My sister is going to be sooo thrilled.
