Mostly good. Could be better. I have been writing books for my grandchildren using Bookemon for about 13 years. I have been mostly happy with it, but there are a few negatives that are very frustrating. In “graph” mode, you need prominent center vertical and center horizontal lines. You also need to make it easier to center pictures within a page. One should be able to choose a spine color but no text if they prefer that. What happened to being able to view two pages, left and right, in edit mode?

Bookemon rocks! I have dealt with Bookemon a couple of times for projects and they are very quick to respond to my questions and help me out. The quality of the finished printed work is top notch for the money. I highly recommend them for a project.

I absolutely love bookemon I absolutely love bookemon, its allowing me to make memories for my grandkids down the road. The pricing isn't to bad, from time to time you get coupons and the books turn out great!!!

The worst experience The worst experience! Deceptive practices by not clearly disclosing the production and shipping delays around the holidays. Ordered two books 12/2/23 and they still are not here, 1/4/24. Missed the Christmas and Birthday events that I ordered them for. Had I known Bookemon could not handle the holiday rush, I would have ordered sooner. No help from Bookemon team when I emailed to inquire (several times). Tracking updates have shown the books would be here every day since 12/31. But alas......

Exemplary Service The ordering process was very clear and simple. The shipping turnaround rate was very fast and the quality of the book was very professional and top notched.
