Thank you for fixing the issue My order arrived a little late due to my local USPS having issues. When it finally arrived the colors wasn’t correct . I had to get some shirts ready for a group cruising this weekend. I called the order was corrected without any pushback . Transfers arrived today . My coworker will drive the shirts to Florida for my clients group cruise.

Frustration with shipping issues, Ryan to the rescue Very frustrated after some shipping issues. Went back and forth between UPS and Ninja Transfers to get it resolved. Thankfully Ryan came to the rescue and got everything sorted out with my order. Very professional and empathetic to my situation. Sounded like a genuine good dude. Turned a possible bad experience into a very great one. Thanks Ryan!

First order I had seen so many great reviews so i decided to order.I was super excited to try them out.First Batch arrived with a pixel color and was super light…they were super nice and replaced it right away saying they would make sure everything is okay.Second batch arrives with a better color but most of them have alot of hair stuck in them and alot of black dots which we can see trough the design which was really disappointing.They were really nice and sent a reprint and said thay they would ensure that everything will be great.The batch arrives the colors are completely off ..half of them have big black dots and line and dust in them .They didn’t want to reprint which i totally understand but at that point all i want is the quality i paid for and still i can’t use most of the print i ordered.I just received the last batch and it was a real nightmare.Covered in hair …. I can’t use any of them.Won’t be ordering anymore.Really disappointed.

Ninja Patches Ninja Patches Order was 3 weeks late, customer service was rude and off putting, even hung up on me. Order arrived. Poorly packaged. Patches were awful....... Missing complete areas of stitching, non consistent patch to patch, details missing very little adhesive, clumps of strings hanging everywhere.. Very poor service all the way around so far, im giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Ill reply back to this later

No communication or apology for… No communication or apology for shipping delay. No updates on my account. Just a robot response sending the tracking number back to me. I understand this is not controlled by your company but when a customer is frustrated there should be a “I’m sorry you are experiencing a delay in shipping, we will contact USPS and see if we can find a solution together.” I assume you pay for the shipping to be on time and insured. I have ordered 5 times and customer service has always been great. I do not know why this issue did not receive the same support.
