GBHorrible Customer Service Short-shipped my order...arrived with no packing slip. Ignore my web contact inquiry form which by the way is the only way to contact customer service with an issue....no phone number to call. They never refunded me either. It's been a over a month!

GBReplacement drum for Brother Printer The drum for my Brother Printer kind of works but the printer doesn't recognize it and the error light is still on. However, the black edges have gone away and it is functioning, so I am ignoring it for the moment. Hope that when I need the new toner that maybe putting in your toner cartridge will make the light stop flashing.
