Many fonts of the two extensive bundles… Many fonts of the two extensive bundles that I purchased are very similar in appearance. Too few Sans Serif fonts, too many handwritten fonts. Quite a few fonts are separated in different styles, even with the OTF format.

No response from creator of the action I purchased I downloaded an action from one of your vendors and it didn't work. I tried everything they suggested I try, and it still doesn't work. I contacted them twice and have received zero response. I have always had very good experiences in the past with downloading from your site, but this one failed me.

I feel like the fact that this product… I feel like the fact that this product doesn't work with the latest version of Photoshop wasn't explained or shown properly in the description when you purchase it. I then reached out to the customer service team, which they did respond back promptly on some suggestions to try, however none of their suggestions worked. They did say they will be updating this mock up soon so that is doesn't run into this issue with Photoshop, however there was no date as to when this will happen. I then asked for a refund or a credit so I can purchase something else thats usable and I haven't heard back from them.
