Tania, the representative had excellent English (the team are based in Ukraine - Slava Ukraini!) and managed the whole process well, being a go-between for me and the designer. When they say unlimited revisions, they mean it. We went back and forth many times and Tania kept everything professional and positive, even when some small mistakes were made.
