Complete scam Complete scam. The owner has orchestrated a viral media campaign with fake accounts to advertise this company. I can assure you its a total scam. Do not buy anything. Even the teeth strips didn’t work.

I smile for Hi-Smile Since I have started to use Hi-Smile toothpaste my teeth have never felt as clean. There’s so many flavours to choose from so you can have a new flavour every morning and night, and they are constantly brining out new flavours. The flavours themselves are amazing you get the flavour it says as well as that minty aftertaste so your mouth feels fresh after brushing. Highly recommend to anyone.

Dangerous toothpaste if you have dogs Dangerous toothpaste if you have dogs. This toothpaste contains Xylitol which is incredibly dangerous to have in your house if you have dogs. I bought it at CVS where I couldn't read the label (they have the Xylitol hidden where you HAVE to open the packaging to even see it's in there... I guess I should have known better and just not bought it, but putting this warning out there for others). Yes, I could keep it up where I HOPE none of my dogs ever get into it but all it takes is dropping some on the floor and it can be lethal. DO NOT BUY if you have dogs in your house.

Missing parcel no support Trying to locate my order that supposedly arrived today but is nowhere to be found. To have no customer service support for immediate assistance is terrible as I’m frantically trying to find out who stole my parcel. Disappointed

Toothbrush is garbage Toothbrush is garbage. The toothbrush itself doesn’t vibrate or do anything, only the handle does. DONT waste your money on these “electric toothbrushes”. Pull the head off the toothbrush and you can see that nothing is powering the head/brush part, but the handle just vibrates stupidly for some reason. They’ve disabled reviews on their Facebook page, clearly because of the many (well deserved) negatives here. I requested a refund for the shoddy overpriced toothbrush, and was refused as it had been opened. Of course it has, how else would I have realised it is GARBAGE? 🤔
