SCAM - No Products sent Ordered a month ago and when my parcel I checked the tracking and said “preparing your order” contacted support and they said it had got lost in the post even though the status never changed to ”shipping”. They offered to re send the order and now again the tracking says “preparing your order” and customer support are saying the second package has also got lost in the post. They have now stopped responding to my emails. This is clearly a scam and they do not ever send the product. Embarrassed that I fell for their fake social media

I absolutely love HiSmile I absolutely love HiSmile! I almost have every flavor. I have also given them out as Christmas presents, birthday presents and house warming gifts. And guess what, every one loves them. Of course there are 2 or 3 that just aren't my taste, but for the most part, I absolutely love them!! I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service, especially Susanna. She is absolutely amazing!! Thank you, Kylee Morley

Toothbrush is garbage Toothbrush is garbage. The toothbrush itself doesn’t vibrate or do anything, only the handle does. DONT waste your money on these “electric toothbrushes”. Pull the head off the toothbrush and you can see that nothing is powering the head/brush part, but the handle just vibrates stupidly for some reason. They’ve disabled reviews on their Facebook page, clearly because of the many (well deserved) negatives here. I requested a refund for the shoddy overpriced toothbrush, and was refused as it had been opened. Of course it has, how else would I have realised it is GARBAGE? 🤔

Dangerous toothpaste if you have dogs Dangerous toothpaste if you have dogs. This toothpaste contains Xylitol which is incredibly dangerous to have in your house if you have dogs. I bought it at CVS where I couldn't read the label (they have the Xylitol hidden where you HAVE to open the packaging to even see it's in there... I guess I should have known better and just not bought it, but putting this warning out there for others). Yes, I could keep it up where I HOPE none of my dogs ever get into it but all it takes is dropping some on the floor and it can be lethal. DO NOT BUY if you have dogs in your house.

Complete disappointment Complete disappointment, used the v34 absolutely no change, none. I tried 5 times with loads of it on. I have also tried to cover something yellow (like they do in the ad) to see if there is a difference. Utter lies!!!! I bought the product straight from their website so it’s genuine. I’m stuck with two bottles now.
