I have used them twice to do a simple… I have used them twice to do a simple fix on my Al ready existing logo and they treat it as if I am starting from scratch making me wait for 24 hours for someone to get back to me. You pay upfront and then they try to upsell you to a more expensive package. After paying you are still left waiting. I will use another company from now on.

Great one stop shop experience for logo, website, and hosting needs I worked with DesignKix for logo design, website design, and website hosting. Good communication via email and text on process and what to expect. We ran into a small issue that Robert troubleshooted and fixed. Overall good experience, DesignKix offers a large array of services so it’s a good one stop shop option for ease and simplicity.
