Order was Cancelled and Refunded After placing my order I was surprised to receive an email saying that the material to fabricate the lights is out of stock and that my order had been refunded. No alternative was provided, nor was I asked if I could take a later delivery... only that I was refunded.

It was really great being able to email real people and not have to slog through a website or FAQs and not be able to speak to someone about the project. We had very specific design needs and the team I worked with was VERY responsive and very helpful and instilled a lot of confidence so that I feel we'll be getting just the right design.

You won't be disappointed!! Perfect! These were such a hit for our conference! I ordered 3 large cubes for the floor, A 20" cube for our registration desk, and two 48" columns. The surpassed my expectations and I had compliments throughout the week. Some people actually threatened to steal them ;). My only regret is that I didn't get more! I will be doing more for next year. Customer service was A+ and the packaging was top notch as well. I only realized after the fact that they were based in DE just like our company. :) Thanks again!!
