never received my order I'm really disappointed I never received my order. I didn't receive an email with confirmation or a tracking number. And I contacted them after about 2 weeks, and they said it was delivered to my mailbox, but I didn’t get it at all. I will never buy from them again.

Purcased the colour changing make up… Purcased the colour changing make up beginning of Dec 2020 last 2 weeks till Christmas morning then pump stopped working. sent many emails no response even tried on the web site contact form but no matter how I entered my phone number says wrong format so it would not send. Returns condition says only if in condition in which it was purchased in same packaging (who keeps boxes after 2 weeks) Very disappointed and angry would not buy from them again and would not recommend

I've had an ordinairy experience with… I've had an ordinairy experience with shopbeautylust.com. It wasn't extraordinary compared to other companies. Not a great selection, definately not extensive, but the prices are averge. Quality of items seemed fair, no major defects. Shipping was just ok, nothing to write home about. Overal I would say it was mediocore, not bad but there are plently of other places offering the same items or better. Nothing to complain about, but like I said nothng wuth singing hallellujah either.
