Versatile Design Editor, Satisfactory Product DIY design process much more versatile and intuitive than competitors. Quick response from support as to the maximum practical dimensions for our decals being fit into a tight space. Decals were created quickly and shipped on time per our choice. Had a little trouble with installation likely due to not being able to start the process until a month after receiving the decals (the transfer tape was not flat probably because we kept the decals rolled up as received in the shipping box. Ultimately we were able to apply the decals to our satisfaction and would purchase from DIY Lettering again.

It doesn't matter who answers the phone (or email), they are very helpful (and professional). It's nice to have your provider locked down, and we have that for our lettering needs!

I get a lot of custom vinyl work done online and there website is very easy to navigate. Soo many options in soo many categories. Font, size, color, quality of vinyl, etc. The craftsmanship is excellent. The communication is above and beyond. I worked with Goshen in most of them and I wanted to thank him for a great job every time. It’s sometimes challenging to get all the sizing g s d details exactly right. The stickers that were shipped were hard to read The stickers that were shipped were not like the proofs that i approved. They were blurry and hard to read and seeing that I ordered lettering for a mailbox whos purpose is to be easily read this was really disappointing. The price charged was equally disappointing. Needless to say I will go to a local graphics company where I can see what I am getting before I purchase it.
