Brilliant job on 10x15" 200+ pg coffee table book Reedsy recommended Acutrack for offset printing, and I'm very glad we chose them for our odd-size, oversize hardcover color coffee table book. The finished book product is gorgeous and arrived at the promised deadline, they ship professionally and affordably instead of me mailing from my garage, and they're responsive to every request and question. They worked with FedEx to get me a refund of over $1000 for a large book shipment that arrived late with some inventory damage. They also frankly admitted when a software glitch led to international shipments costing above our agreed rate and refunded the difference on the affected orders. Everyone there I've dealt with has been extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When we publish a second run, I will absolutely stay with Acutrack.
