Customer Service is a 10/10 I have purchased about a year ago a streamer overlay pack and did not create an account, now in 2023 I changed streaming platform and I was able to create and account and my original purchase was still linked to it. The Customer Service team response was awesome. Now during the holiday they had a free Xmas pack, is very user friendly (I am not a tech savvy at all) and the xmas alerts I purchase are perfect for my channel. I always find what I am looking for. I think the prices are great and the service is always friendly and efficient.

I got more than I expected for an excellent price! The Overlay I got from Nerd of Die was not only exactly what I was looking for (a minimalistic but animated frame). It also came in 3 different formants, along with tutorials on how to mask the design. I use the frame also with a greenscreen sometimes to blend beautiful high-res looping videos into the back. Short and Sweet. I got everything I wanted here and more! And the price was more than just fair! Thanks!

Support taught me how to swap donation for cheer labels! I had issues figuring out how to swap my donation labels on my overlay for cheers since I don't get tips/donations via StreamElements very frequently. Nathan in their Discord helped me right after I opened my ticket, gave me live help, and gave me a full walkthrough with screenshots and everything to help guide me through fixing my overlay for my stream!
