Customer Service is a 10/10 I have purchased about a year ago a streamer overlay pack and did not create an account, now in 2023 I changed streaming platform and I was able to create and account and my original purchase was still linked to it. The Customer Service team response was awesome. Now during the holiday they had a free Xmas pack, is very user friendly (I am not a tech savvy at all) and the xmas alerts I purchase are perfect for my channel. I always find what I am looking for. I think the prices are great and the service is always friendly and efficient.

Best shop for overlays! As a streamer who is still getting the hang of overlays Nerd or Die is BY FAR the BEST shop for overlays and widgets! I've never had so much engagement before and now I am an affiliate! I've been streaming for 3 years and never thought I'd hit that milestone, thanks to Nerd or Die people love coming and seeing my overlays and widgets

Great overlays and customer support Not only does this company sell decently priced overlays and packages, they also have a premium troubleshooting team on discord that helped me figure out a problem none of my friends could! Shout out to MrBoost (within their posted customer service hours)

Amazing customer service Amazing customer service. I noticed that some of the files I purchased did not download. I submitted a ticket and within the hour it was resolved. Aaron was able to fix the issue almost immediately which is rare nowadays. I would recommend this company 10/10 times.
