I've never had so much engagement before and now I am an affiliate! I've been streaming for 3 years and never thought I'd hit that milestone, thanks to Nerd or Die people love coming and seeing my overlays and widgets

Customer Service is a 10/10 I have purchased about a year ago a streamer overlay pack and did not create an account, now in 2023 I changed streaming platform and I was able to create and account and my original purchase was still linked to it. The Customer Service team response was awesome. Now during the holiday they had a free Xmas pack, is very user friendly (I am not a tech savvy at all) and the xmas alerts I purchase are perfect for my channel. I always find what I am looking for. I think the prices are great and the service is always friendly and efficient.

A professional look for your stream, easy way! I bought a complete overlay pack, the installation was very simple and in minutes, after a brief setup of the camera position and frame, I was ready to start a stream with a professional look! I had some problem with the alert pack, because I was to eager to start and didn't read the instruction. After finally reading the instruction, that are easy and well written, I was able to activate the alerts too! Everything went smooth and I am completely satisfied by Nerd or Die products!

Support taught me how to swap donation for cheer labels! I had issues figuring out how to swap my donation labels on my overlay for cheers since I don't get tips/donations via StreamElements very frequently. Nathan in their Discord helped me right after I opened my ticket, gave me live help, and gave me a full walkthrough with screenshots and everything to help guide me through fixing my overlay for my stream!
