Customer Service is a 10/10 I have purchased about a year ago a streamer overlay pack and did not create an account, now in 2023 I changed streaming platform and I was able to create and account and my original purchase was still linked to it. The Customer Service team response was awesome. Now during the holiday they had a free Xmas pack, is very user friendly (I am not a tech savvy at all) and the xmas alerts I purchase are perfect for my channel. I always find what I am looking for. I think the prices are great and the service is always friendly and efficient.

Support taught me how to swap donation for cheer labels! I had issues figuring out how to swap my donation labels on my overlay for cheers since I don't get tips/donations via StreamElements very frequently. Nathan in their Discord helped me right after I opened my ticket, gave me live help, and gave me a full walkthrough with screenshots and everything to help guide me through fixing my overlay for my stream! Goal Widget Only have used the goal widget so far but it’s great! Super easy to set up and follow well thought out instructions. Appreciate the wide variety of customization available!
