READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY! ASK QUESTIONS!! The process was going great. I loved my logo design and the service that was given during the process. However, I was lead to believe I would receive a hat with my logo when paying an extra $29.99 when I was actually paying an extra $29.99 for another file with my logo on a hat. When I spoke with the "helpful" team they basically said I had the choice to buy the hat design which is the same design I already had paid for and it's on me for not asking more questions. There was no difference between the two files. I felt Bamboozled.
