You can count on Prepetual for great gifts, delivered on time. I placed three orders this Christmas season. All gifts were great and just as expected. All orders were delivered on time even one that was placed just 4 days prior to Christmas at no additional cost!!!

Missing order I placed an order that was never delivered and I cannot reach anyone for assistance. UPDATE: They made good on their promise and replacement item was delivered. Not the greatest communication but they honored their word so upped their rating to a 4.

The only reason I didn't do all 5 stars… The only reason I didn't do all 5 stars is because the gift message was printed right on the actual order receipt. A suggestion: make a separate paper printing. Otherwise....GREAT!
