Black Mail gets still crappy service Having twice been shipped the wrong product, when I followed up with customer service I was told they would send me a coupon code for a free item or a discount IF I posted and then sent them a screenshot of my favorable review on this site. I did so and was provided a discount code. All I wanted was what I ordered. Then I wanted a replacement product. I got neither. After being black mailed, I was finally getting soethins.
