We noticed a very small inconsistency with the digitized logo - and without hesitation, Mike made the corrections and sent us the new files without question, same day! They were very accommodating They were very accommodating! I sent them a photo of a tractor that I wanted and they sent me a proof. I didn't check the proof good enough with only a glance and thought it was okay, however, when I received the digitized item, I discovered that it was the wrong thing. They responded the next day with the correct one at no extra charge even though I was the one who didn't check out the proof as I should have. It was very fast service in the very beginning, and they were able to edit the picture I sent them without the background. I only wanted the tractor and no background.
