Within minutes of me emailing them to let them know, they responded and provided the link to download the images. Turns out there was a problem with my email. Amazing customer service!

GBThe Weeknd poster issue I ordered three 20x30 posters and they came out good. Only one issue. I had a trilogy poster by The Weeknd and part of it is blacked out on the picture which is normal but there were scratch marks on it leaving white and shiny parts on the black, making it super obvious that either someone or the machine was scratching the paper while it was printing or after printing. Overall the other two posters came out really good and had no problems, still would buy from.
