I have tried and tried to contact someone to help me on an order I am trying to place with a coupon that was sent to me and there is no way to speak to anyone!! The phone number that is listed for Life’s Butter doesn’t even work! Very frustrating!! Too bad because I really like the products. But now things seem a little shady to me.

ZERO STARS…I ordered the product on… ZERO STARS…I ordered the product on 7/8/23 and it is now 7/21/23 and it has still not been shipped out. I just received an email on 7/19/23 stating that a shipping label has been created, but that USPS is still awaiting the item. Ridiculous! I will never order from these people again. And to any future buyers, do not order from Lifes’ Butter, order from a third party instead. UPDATE——— So initially I had a bad experience per the review above. But, today 8/19/23, I received an unexpected product gift from Life’s Butter for the previous inconvenience! And it was actually a product that I was thinking about trying. I can respect a company that acknowledges their customers’ concerns and tries to find a resolution to save business relationships. These are the types of small businesses that I like to support. Thank you, Life’s Butter for the initiative to make things right…I’ll see you soon on my next order!

Not off to a great start…just as… Not off to a great start…just as previous reviewers, I ordered on 3/19 (current date is 4/2) and still not word on status. I emailed them inquiring about my order, and nothing. I am currently set up to do monthly auto ships, but based on the experience so far, I’ll be cancelling that today. I also find it odd that they took payment for a product they haven’t even shipped, most companies only take the payment once the item has shipped. I’m really hoping my situation turns around and I’m not fighting to get a refund for a product that they never gave me.

High quality product!!! I’ve been using the brush and the anti cellulite cream for a week now and I’m very impressed by the results. After brushing, my skin feels smooth, soft and visibly firmer. After brushing I apply the cream, which smells amazing and nothing like other creams I’ve used in the past. It has a perfect consistency and it’s easily applied. I brush both my legs and my arms. I would recommend it to anyone that would like to have better looking and healthier skin.

Order Never Shipped It has been 9 days since I've placed my order and I have yet to hear from the company at all - I received a confirmation email and that was it. My order has yet to ship and when you try to get in contact with someone via the website you sit there for 20 minutes with no response. I was so excited to use this product and now I'm worried it's just a scam, don't waste your time or your money. UPDATE: the order was delivered nearly a month later and products were missing. Impossible to get in touch with the company, I've disputed the charge with my credit card company.
