I can’t possibly sum up in a quick review how dedicated, professional, honest and punctual Carl and Neon Signs Depot is and how easy it was to work on the custom sign I requested. First of all, Carl kept me in the loop every step of the way and seemingly never sleeps because he responded to emails almost immediately regardless of time of the day. Second of all, the craftsmanship is top notch; best work I’ve ever had done and the glass and transformer are solid and much more stable than the dozens of “fly by night” international sign companies that just pump out cookie cutter signs with cheap materials. The entire experience from first inquiry email to them to the delivery and follow up email from them was easier than expected and incredibly satisfactory.
