Did what others could not I searched all over the web trying to find someone to make a smaller neon sign for a personal project. First of all, Carl kept me in the loop every step of the way and seemingly never sleeps because he responded to emails almost immediately regardless of time of the day. Second of all, the craftsmanship is top notch; best work I’ve ever had done and the glass and transformer are solid and much more stable than the dozens of “fly by night” international sign companies that just pump out cookie cutter signs with cheap materials. The entire experience from first inquiry email to them to the delivery and follow up email from them was easier than expected and incredibly satisfactory. I will undoubtedly be getting more neon work done by them moving forward.

Seek Discomfort This sign is amazing! I have it on a smart plug do it lights up at what ever time I have it set to, and then turns off at the end time.. every time it turns on I smile 😊.

Staff was able to put together the neon… Staff was able to put together the neon sign exactly how I wanted it. They were helpful in remaking the initial design after I made some changes. Furthermore, they kept constant communication and did an unbelievable job.
